TVB Investment was born from the strategic need to unite three established professional paths in the Umbrian real estate sector, to tackle larger-scale development and flipping operations through a scalable, efficient and transparent operating model.
Our philosophy is based on non-negotiable values: absolute transparency at every stage of the transaction, concrete analytical data, meticulous attention to risk management and a clear long-term vision oriented towards sustainable growth of the territory.
The Founding Partners
Architect and surveyor with solid specialization as a safety coordinator and former court expert. He operates in the sector as a real estate appraiser for leading banking institutions, guaranteeing precise and detailed knowledge of real market values. His experience includes the design of the Alviano Museum, the development of residential properties, interior design interventions and the design of renewable energy systems (photovoltaic and hydroelectric plants). Within TVB Investment, he identifies opportunities, validates their compliance and secures the operation from a technical and urban planning perspective.
Pure real estate entrepreneur, he has developed elite-level experience by personally completing over 70 real estate transactions. Starting from nothing, he has built a private portfolio of over 27 properties generating stable income. At TVB Investment, he coordinates strategic research in the territory, conducts the most complex purchase negotiations and plans the resale commercial strategy. His strength is the ability to intercept the hidden potential of a property and structure the most efficient way to maximize its economic value.
Licensed surveyor for over twenty years and serial entrepreneur in the real estate services and construction sector. He is founder and partner of established and active companies such as Magis.ter srsl, Magister Progetti srs stp and 3A Group srl, and has managed valuations for major national providers for decades (Crif, Prelios, Cerved, Yard). With a portfolio of about 40 personal rental properties and an average of 10 flipping operations completed per year, at TVB Investment he chairs the Board of Directors, managing financial planning, contracts, legal protection and strategic relationships with partners and supply chain providers.
